Rule 1 Rule 3 Saying in OOC: “For Epstein” says Bob Cross calmly as he fires the OB at the protesting civilians in the name of xeno israel.

Rule 1:
As I understand Rule 1 pertains to ERP, in no way can I see in that statement an intent to ERP, if it is about the sentence in full I did not use a euphamism as that was a event that actually happened in a round, I wrote a nonsensical bullshit sentence that was in no way was sexual.
If its relating to the name said, saying a name isn’t inherently sexual or ERP, though you see that name and can relate it to related news. I did not write that name with any sort of sexual intent or to invoke sexual desire, that is insane to insinuate that in terms of the ban and disgustingly insulting.
Rule 3:
As it was a nonsensical sentence I could see if falling under rule 3, but its not as though I said it in LOOC during the round out of the blue, nor did I spam it, it was however surround in another users spam wall right before the round started that I noticed as I exited the client. Leading up to the sentence I was saying stuff including terms: Xenocord, Xisrael, Xenodevs, due to the previous round being a steamroll from xenos. I just rolled the word salad slot machine in my head and said a stupid sentence.
The only thing I can say that I will improve upon is not typing the stupid stuff that comes into my head, that rule 1 flag however I feel is incredibly erroneous.
