What rule(s) were broken?:

Rule 6 - No Metagaming

Description of the incident:

Roundstart I was a CT, before the first drop, the GP asked the OT for some help. I replied with “OT can’t make custom rockets” or something along the lines of that. I then ghost/cryo and join back into the game as a xeno, I die a bit, we claim control of the FOB, marines evac, we find out that Command picked the wrong dropship roundstart, and go to the western LZ and call the Alamo down. Alamo comes down with the Gunship Pilot and they instantly lock the doors, activate some OT nades, then queen unlocks the Alamo doors and we rush in, killing me and maybe one or two more xenos.

EDIT: I think i’d like to add that he shows almost no remorse for his actions from his previous player report shown in the screenshot below.

Evidence:

I dont have any evidence, you’d have to check the logs.

for the record I was not asking for OT CAS ordance to explode in a cockpit explosion, I never alluded to that or even did anything in the round to make a cockpit bomb, I explicitly said in round even I wanted to fire em off, this report seems rather bia’sed and not representative of the round whatsoever, I was having fun actually playing GP for my first couple rounds on it and on this one I asked if OT could make CAS rockets since that was one of the big CAS TM’s I remebered from a few months ago and I didnt know it was removed.

also this screenshot he has attached is about a completely different round in question, I find it wierd that he is making a report about a specific round and then takes my Discord messages about another one to use in this report

another key thing of note, He makes it sound like I “trapped” or shut some xenos in the DS with lockdown and tossed OT nades on them to kill them but I literaly locked doors on landing so I COULD toss the OT nades from the cockpit and only opened the doors AFTER they exploded, so if any xenos are dead here its because the killed themselves bum rushing through fire that was already on the ground.

Tangentially related as an minor interaction near round start and a later witness for the nading in question. I was ASO in this round.

Boompro was asking for CAS OT Rockets, and I responding something along the lines of High Command didn’t want them, to be clear they didn’t ask for personal OT nades or explosives, they specifically were asking for rockets that the OT can’t produce anymore. And after hearing my response responded something along the lines of it’s a shame.

I’m sure the logs for the ships general channel can find the specific wording if so required.

Not sure why they were on the Alamo when it launched. But people sit on it all the time even when the OP is over, also not sure when or how they acquired the OT nades, was not a witness for any of that. What I did see was the Alamo landed and was locked, And then they threw a nade for the west door and soon after a nade for the east door creating a sizable fire AOE. Not sure whether Queen just broke the door or it was unlocked, I assume the former, and Rav and Queen just walked through it, followed by a Runner and a Warrior. The Runner ran out presumably to get patted out, but the Warrior stayed to get patted by the Rav.

I don’t specifically remember watching any xenos die from this, but I think the Warrior lived.

Sorry for wording it like that, I meant to say that you locked the doors, then queen unlocked them after you threw the OT nades.

Good afternoon,

This has been assigned to me to investigate and handle. I’ll be looking into the logs of the round in question when I have some free time this week and get a resolution by Sunday.

heres some extra context from DM’s between me and NoSugarPlumNovember

This is entirely my fault on the delay. Had IRL stuff appear and forgot to close out this before being a nerd with a life.

After digging through the logs for the round, I can say that there was no meta-gaming on the part of the reported player via logs. Just a slightly perhaps ill fated coincidence with the players previous comments in un-related rounds.

Resolved. Report denied.
