I don’t want to sound pushy but this has been sitting for over two weeks without any interaction. is there any way this could get looked at soon?

its kinda insane how long this has been sitting. and I looked a bit further into it as well. the bancode is refencing October 21 2020, my account was made September of 2020. that means this ban would have been placed a month after I made my account. I’m 100% certain I have connections to this server within the last three years. but most of all I would really like to have this ban lifted because I do want to be able to play here.
