Description of the incident:
I went AFK due to IRL things, brief happened. I was not at brief but the Captain told me the plans on the Comms. I boarded the dropship and we were getting ready to drop, as time was of the essence since the Captain wanted to save the Force Recon marines. Lt. Beck came on the drop ship, told me to get off. I responded with “We are dropping right now.” The CMP then said “Alright, you are under arrest.” and pepper sprayed me and the entire dropship, then unrestrained me from the chair I was in and beat me with a baton. The CMP then fought with the Captain stating they have no power over them and continued the arrest after the Captain said almost three times thus far not for me to be arrested. Then during my appeal, it was granted by an MP and the CMP over ruled and charged me with the same crimes I was just appealed for. This seems extreme for a CMP to outright defy a Captain and leads a bad example to the regular MPs and breaks cohesion with the Marine force combined.
