Overwatch session system

  • Step 1 = Log in as OW on a console.
  • Step 2 = Unhide dead → Individually hide perma’d marines. That way you can check who must be rescued
  • Step 3 = Get out of the chair to get to the medical monitor or the live tacmap.
  • Step 4 = Go back to your chair, open the OW console.
  • Step 5 = See how everyone that you removed off the list because they went perma is now back on the list. In general, the list returned to default values.
  • Step 6 = Repeat that for the whole op.
  • Step 7 = Pain.

From the coding side can the way the OW sets up his console be stored internally on the OW session? So it only gets wiped when someone logs off and then the next OW logs in with a fresh, default configuration.

Dude i dont even use a medhud when I OW and I’m a former CO councilor with like 90 SO hours, 120 CO hours, and like 75 XO hours.

True

Pretty sure all the tacmaps in CIC show which marines is perma or defib-able with the red lines and green hearts. Just use them.

The fact that “Show Dead” starts by off on default has been painful for me ever since the CIC console rework.
