OK so we got Oxygen canisters just laying in every firelocker… but nothing to do with it. so what if firelocker now came with a oxygen mask that if you have the canister on your belt stops you from taking oxy damage to a degree maybe make it fix one point of oxy damage as long as you are wearing it.
this would give medics and ungas away to deal with bad heart and lung damage to give time at cost of your belt slot.
I like the Idea of Giving Oxygen masks a purpose, perhaps it can slow the health lose from a punctured lung, giving under used items a purpose seems good on paper atleast
ideally we dont touch any of the legacy atmos related items in the off chance that it gets revived or refactored to affect server performance minimaly
in any case, the idea already steps on the shoes on meds that do this, and ideally it should only be medical items that heals you
