Yes! I like to think I am very active in the community and am on friendly terms with staff. I pretty frequently discuss Discord specific items with staff members

Why would you like to join the CM-SS13 staff team?
I’d like to give back to this game community that I wholeheartedly enjoy more than I currently do and I think voulenteering my time for moderation is the most effective way I can do that. I think solid moderation is a pretty big part of what keeps this game running smooth and, from personal experience, I have had interactions with staff that truly have made my time on the server better. If I can make the player experience on this game more positive, even in a minor way, that would make me really happy 
Other than that, I do have an interest in planning up some events - mostly minor things that have a greater positive impact on someones round. A lot of my fondest CM memories have come from these little events so, it’s something I’d like to help run more often.
What makes you a great addition to Staff? (Experienced Tabletop DM, Aliens Lore Buff, Super Organized, etc.?)
I really care about this game and I want to see it remain something I enjoy spending time around, and hopefully keep growing into something even better. I started playing in late 2017, took a break around 2020-2022 and have been playing consistently for 2 years since, so I have a good grasp of what good moderation looks like from a player perspective. I’m very active in our community and I think that generally people like talking to and seeing me around in and out of game. I’ve been quick to respond to issues/tickets on the Discord side of things, reaching out to other team members when I think I need a second (or third) opinion.
In your opinion, what is the most important quality of a CM-SS13 staff member?
Tackling issues with a clear head. Nothing good comes from getting heated in situations where you need to think and use your juedgement clearly. Being able to calmly consider multiple points of view and come to a clear decision, while explaining your reasoning as needed, is what makes a good mod.
