I suggest we rename it after our great leader (pbuh), Bob Cross. The new name shall be:
Hybobrisa Crosspera
MY LIFE FOR BOB CROSS!
The same city he lost his captainship on? Let that be an April fools…

You think you know war?.. I was there on the fields of 522 that day.
The Marines knew what they were doing. We all did…
Bob Cross made a choice. He knew he had to do something terrible, for the greater good of the United Americas.
Our Marines chose to set aside their dignity, their humanity, any hope of forgiveness, cast into the void of space. They would never be able to look at themselves in the eye again.
But they knew what they had to do, because by god, it was what Captain Bob Cross had told them to do…
They massacred… every single one of them…
Civilian, WeyYu, CLF, Rioter… it didn’t matter… they didnt even care.
We looked upon them in horror, but deep down… we all knew…
Only a man like Bob Cross would have been brave enough to do what needed to be done.
Bob Cross paid the ultimate price. We cast him out, and in doing so, he lifted the burden of guilt entirely from the Marines’ shoulders, onto his own…
Bob Cross was the hero we needed all along

“Major. I don’t understand, all the bugs are dead. Why are we nuking the city?”
“I just- need to okay… It’s personal.”
“Lieutenant, see that crowd of peaceful protestors? I don’t want to see them anymore.”
“Copy that.”
The deck of the USS Almayer shudders as the orbital cannons open fire on the colony.
+1. Excellent posts all around. Make it so.
hybobunga Crosspedooga UNGA DOONGAAA
I absolutely think the map designer should add a memorial statue to an interesection for the victims of the cross massacre
Not even kidding.
Fantastic Idea.
That’s a Hybrisa Memorial Statue.
You cannot quite make out the faces, nor the clothing people have, but you can make out the words upon it. “To all the brave men and women of Hyrbisa Prospera, that stood against Tyranny, even when a gun was pointed towards them and alarms sounded across the colony. They fought and died for a just cause, and their sacrifices against… …will not be forgotten. Sic Semper Tyrannis.”
As you finish reading the last part - a chill makes you shudder, as your sins crawl up your spine…
That is gold.
