Description of the incident:
I was perma banned off the server by moderator vending machine for supposed metagaming after getting capped as surv and capturing the final survivor as a drone, to give context for that it was a chances claim round and the final surv was a scout with their cloak.
At the time I did not have recording software active on my setup because it badly effects the framerate of whatever I do, and I didn’t have the forethought to screenshot them when I saw them cloaked, however after making a private server and getting recording software I’ve recorded what happened from my perspective
But to give further context for that when I spawned as the FORECON CT and was capped, I ghosted when I was nested and orbited the other survs (two others, scout and the other was a rifleman I believe), they both went off to do their own thing while I got capped at typhoon, after they figured I was capped, they both attempted to hivedive from the east reactor entrance to get kills and rescue me, however, the rifleman immediately got capped while the scout cloaked and hid in the inner part of upper reactors right as I bursted as a xeno, before I bursted I was talking shit about them and how scout hid and the last person I was orbiting was the scout. I do also want to reiterate, I bursted before scout hid outside eastern reactors.
A xeno called out when I bursted that scout was around and to not go anywhere so I was just chilling next to queen until I evo’d, I wanted to get more hours into building casts so I was staying as drone and wanted to build up east reactors then go down and do the same to sensors in admin, and while I was figuring out the controls, keybinds and mechanics of the normal drone I saw scout cloaked through thermals behind a wall (which was helped due to me having xeno NVG’s at max along with my brightness maxed and gamma tweaked view my recording for context and clarification on that), did a double take, hovered my mouse over them to confirm it actually WAS scout, called it out over hivemind and they were promptly capped, scout made an ahelp over it and vending machine PM’d me over the course of the whole round wherein he gave me a permaban near the end. Note that this was also earlier in the day after I made a report on vending machine over another incident.
Another thing to note is that after I was banned I, in an impulsive and panicked effort made another account to log in to save the round chatlog, I was PM’d by vending machine right as I was leaving and was unable to message him what I was doing before I was stickybanned. At the time I was previously unaware I could ask an admin for a copy of round logs, I had no intention of ban evading through that, just getting round logs, I haven’t been on the server since. I’d just ask to keep in mind that my records don’t show me as someone who metagames or multikey or really as someone who breaks the rules.
