Sleen is perfect for this, it’s what I use in place of Inap sometimes. Half the playerbase doesn’t know it exists, the other half only uses it to fatally overdose themselves with 300 units of it before briefing; nobody carries it, so there’s no risk of accidental overdoses.
Also as a side note, all Inaprovaline does when it comes to oxygen damage is somewhat slowly heal it if you exceed 10 oxygen damage. It doesn’t flat out prevent you from gaining it while in crit, and other external, larger sources of oxgen damage - such as organ damage or blood loss - can still kill you through it. It’s still pretty nice in revival mix though.

You will have to sacrifice your backpack, Like his loadout ^
You dont need surgery kit, you can do it with knife and surgical line alone.
Either you use the surgical line a lot, or you will run out of supplies very often
If you also replace one of the bloodbags with the revival mix and the Oxy injector with the syringe, assuming the pouch is revival mix, you can get a free pouch slot aswell that you can use for anything you like
