I keep dreaming that someday someone would code a proper 3D Byond-like engine, think not 90s tech, more like 00s, something along the lines of the Aurora engine, that powered Neverwinter Nights.
And then someone would make a proper CM-inspired Macross game on top of that. So, dynamic rounds with Macross having to fight against some Zentradi fleet, multiple Valkyrie squadrons, Destroids, Macross itself being a moving unit, a proper bridge to coordinate all that, and, of course you could just play as a civilian and go shopping.
