- Have you had over 2 notes.
- Have you had over 5 notes.
- Have you had over 1 ban.
- Do you have a COMPLETLY clean record.
Now if you have a clean record please comment on how you maintained such a record. If you have a low amount and are willing, please comment about what the notes were about. This post is not at all requiring you to answer or vote, this is only for if you want to.
Literally 1984. The last note is wrong but I never appealed or reported it.
I have 24 notes and about 5 bans and most cause RP rules. Like this one
Grief, ID Card Rules, Hostile Surivor. Player mugged the SEA, stealing his ID, as a UPP survivor to get rubber bullets so he could “fight off the MPs” or something. Player was very rude to handling moderator, resulting in me needing to take over the ahelp. Player was uncooperative and unwilling to accept that he was being hostile. Player has a number of notes and does not seem to be learning. Recommendation that he is removed from mentor due to his inability to respect the server rules. by grimreaperx15 (SystemAdmin) on 2023-10-11 19:14:33 (ID: 19030)
Being a generally boring person
i have 9 i thought it was a low amount of notes
Got 11, albeit only one ban, which was copy pasting a copy pasta
I only have one note!
But seriously though, notes just show staff your shitler history. Take them as a badge of honour for being told to cut something out.
We don’t literally count notes when deciding how to deal with someone. It’s more, if you’ve got a history of Pbing people for shoving you, and you pb’d someone today and said “misclick”. You’re probably not getting away with it.
well it is just a staff member said I was, “racking up a lot of notes” and when I asked him he said he was counting all the notes, even though some of those are at least one year old and where from when I was new. And they said the normal amount was zero.
Most people have at least a couple notes. There are people with a perfectly clean record, but if people are squeaky clean odds are either they are a never-player or just aint been around too too long. Still some exceptions of course, Calhoun I got no fuckin idea how you are clean lmao, good shit man. That being said, if you generally keep your nose clean, you’ll be alright. Personally, I’m sitting at one note in nearly the last 3 years, but I won’t deny having been more of a shitter in the past, even if I maintain some of my notes were bullshit.
I’m a chronic rules follower >:o)
I have a note for, and I quote, ‘saying ‘skree’ as a xeno’.
You know. The noise larva literally make if you use any emote.
Another one for ‘deleting a gas canister in atmos’ (back when we had atmos, and it was just the empty canister we put in atmos rooms so you can tell the gas in it)
Some of my others are bullshit in that I think they inaccurately reflect the situation I received them in, but this isn’t the thread for me to whinge and whine about that.
Don’t sell yourself short. I personally love your character, and I’m sure many others do. In fact, a lot of people told me how much they loved your character when I was observing you for the WL.
I have one note for speaking in actual Japanese on general comms. Some guy was joking about not liking foreigners or something on comms and I couldn’t resist teasing him. It was totally worth it.
How do I otherwise maintain a spotless record? Just stay in your lane and try not to be a shitter whenever possible. It also helps that nearly all my characters, even the sillier ones, are fairly serious and often don’t join the local mob to raid the Brig.
Whooaaaa, everyone get a load of captain literate ovah heeeeeereeeee. Nah respect though, I commend you dawg.
Trust me, you play the game long enough you’ll get noted. Even the saintliest of players will eventually get a note for something they’ve done that inexplicably offended someone else.
all from when I first joined SS13 and had no idea what was going on (other than the survivor one because I didn’t read rules).
apparently as a medic you can’t blast people that are hording mats during hijack for themself and revive them later.
Under certain contexts, you can, but you need to talk to admins about this, preferably before the bullets start flying. If you can’t however, just try to talk it out to the admins and try to be civil about it.
How tf do you guys not have any EORG bans? I could’ve sworn they were uber-common especially given how trigger happy staff were in the Apop days
