Hi! [cmdb] has been an internal staff tool for awhile for looking up users, finding connections, yada yada. I’m now releasing this to authenticated users with a CM account (ie, if you can sign into the forums). Obviously, non-staff don’t get the staff tools, but you do get:
Public Bans
As of the introduction of this system (today), future bans will be recorded here, including time bans and permanent bans. You can’t see who issued them, but who they were issued to and why. Most of these are quite dull, but I suspect some may enjoy the increased transparency.
There’s two tabs, currently active bans (timebans that have not expired, and permanent bans still in place), and historical bans (timebans that have expired, and lifted permanent bans).
View Your Own Notes
You can check out your own notes online, including job bans. That’s really about it for this bit.
Improved Account Management
Users have been struggling with how you can link your CM account to BYOND, Steam or Discord. There’s now a one stop shop for linking, with a more rugged backend that will explode less often.
