Following the demotion of the Requisitions Officer to Quatermaster, it seems some silliness has happened to the playtime database.
Many would say, who cares, but the DRIP factor is being severally impacted.
When RO was a thing, I had 74 hours logged. The title of the role has changed to “Quartermaster”. When joining in game, it does not reflect this playtime. However, it is logging playtime to a second Quartermaster title:
Before the RO change, there was the “Quartermaster” role for the Whiskey Outpost map, which it seems is what the playtime is getting logged to now.
I submitted a bug report for this, which was closed with comment “Just how DB system works.” This seems like an oversight somehow.
I could see making a whole new role and leaving the old “Requisitions Officer” title as a legacy thing but it was literally renamed in the list. WE MUST PRESERVE THE DRIP!
For real though some info on this would be cool or if others notice the same thing. o7
