You probably know this but you can turn off the channels you don’t want like Command and General, +1 though - I often turn off channels that I have to fumble turning on later.

Yeah- my thinking for this being useful is
a. an easier to read log of a channel- for example someone reports a window broken over engineering, but you have a lot of radio channels going and it’s impossible to find, this’d make it easier
b. easier to check in- say you’re CE, you have to deploy, but you’re leaving a PVT MT, you can have Bravo & Command radio but know to check in on what the PVT asked by a chat window with only one radio channel, Engineering, having a notification of new chat

having a clear page of text you can instantly swap to without having to toggle through 3 clicks would be so nice

Heavens yes. I would enjoy this when spectating candidates for CO. It would help a lot to see what they are trying to do or even just to listen and laugh and the weird things going on in the yautja radio. Surely someone will code this…

this might need (or rather be required alonside it) someone to finaly do the full comms rework and that is not that small of an undertaking at first glance
