Description of the incident:
In this round I was friendly fired many times right after deploying which resulted in me getting 3-4 fractures. I decided I was going to go shipside to deal with it, and ICly and OOCly was frustrated with the ff, so I started stabbing myself to “finish the job” that marines were doing in giving me fractures.
After getting treated by the shipside medical staff, the CMO took me to the brig, where they said to the MPs that I was insane, but, they did NOT order my arrest.
I was then arrested by the MP (without being ordered to!), and got stuck in the brig for 10 minutes for resisting arrest (which I should not of done, but I knew that my arrest had not been ordered so I thought I could leave).
I appealed this arrest, rightfully, as it was a false arrest, and my appeal was denied, which I do not understand the reason why, and thus is the reason for this report.
After speaking with the admins about this in game, they did not provide me with sufficient reason to deny my appeal, and I am certain this was a false arrest, because again, the CMO never explicitly ordered my arrest, and the arrest was done by the MP without being explicitly told to.
I am making this report as I believe the appeal should of been granted, as the arrest was made falsely, even if there was some miscommunication around the CMO’s works, they never explicitly ordered my arrest.
