Refactor grenades, incinerator tanks, C4, mortar shells to be OT compliant.

So, here’s a thing-

Let’s say you’re an OT. You can use your demolition scanner to scan even a welder satchel to see what its explosive power is. However, you can’t do this to C4, or nades, or anything- they also can’t be dismantled. There’s no recipe you can follow to end up with vanilla explosives or shells.

Napthal can’t be created. Pyrotech backpacks can’t be emptied into a tank. B-gel can’t be created- if you wanted to empty a pyrotech backpack and fill it with B-gel, that’s not possible.

Explosives should be remade in an OT fashion, where they can be dismantled, and they have a certain recipe to them. They should be scannable by demolitions scanner. B-Gel should be able to be created, or at the least, the tanks emptied into other containers.

As I understand it, napthal and similar products are proprietary mixes, and presumably there’s a clause with armat or whoever makes them not to recreate it, assuming a regular guy in an explosives lab can make it without certain specialized equipment. They might literally not be allowed to mix special flame mixes
