I respect Schofield for his ability to grief both xenos and marines alike (you either get a decent robusto, or schizophrenic grief cades that violate every single principle of cade theory), whereas McShain only ever griefs marines and in an unfunny way

I was stuck dealing with him his first time as MP Cadet. One of the worst and funniest rounds I have ever been in. Guy was demoted for royally screwing up the process.
