For inspiration, take a look at the existing Hospital Corpsman Tutorials(Reference: Code for HM Tutorial):

Hi im the guy working on this ^^

I am almost finished working on the PR as a whole, as well as the ‘Sandbox’ mode to go along with it

Basically the HM version of the Req tutorial

This can very easily be adapted to the nurse/doctor role if thats something you guys would be into, and is on github for taste tests

Maybe increase the hours required before doctor though

You cannot force someone to do something they don’t wanna do, even making it 50 hours requirement people would still play nurse while watching yt or something else to bypass the timelock. Cultivate the environment so that people who play doctors actually wanna play it and they will perfect the procedures by themselves.
To the main point, even replacing nurse with a mandatory tutorial people can still do it on automode and not remembering a single thing about which surgery requires what.
