A small device that you can assign to a marine. Let’s say you’re SADAR and AP rockets are sent down- Req takes the device, assign it to John Marine SADAR, inform them you’re sending them down, and they can change their SL/LZ tracker to follow the device, leading you to the backpack with said device and AP rockets inside.

Perhaps making them show up on the tac map would make more sense.
