TLDR: Mald Post. if a guy dies on a z level below, your only option is to take a Corpsman down there. You can’t haul them up, nothing you can do.
Either let me throw bodies across Zs again, and just permaban the shitters in brief who were throwing eachother upstairs, or an alternate solution where I can just carry a guy with me up a Z level.

Use the buddy system already in place, and implant it so you can carry someone up with fireman carry if you get help. Would make it a lot more accessable.
its extremely frustrating that you can’t carry throw or drag bodies between levels as a marine, meaning that if someone dies in a pit you have literally no choice but to just dive in and pray you can make it to a staircase.
It’s also super janky that you cant drag bodies down either you have to just. Yeet them off the edge.
You notice this especially when the almayer cracks during FTL crash because there aren’t stairs on the bottom so if you can’t heal whoever is died down there and dip immediately it’s just GG.
we could also split the difference? Allow only dead bodies to be thrown up z-levels.
The problem seems very fixable. The issue is who will be willing to code it.
