Revert or increase cap on Lance Corporal Riflemen.

Title. The current cap of riflemen being able to be Lance Corporals is seven. I don’t see a reason for such a low cap.

I thought that having playtime markers (more than just medals) was cool.

According to drathek in the Development channel on the Discord, there is a cap of seven

That is a PR that fixes the Cap not being applied when it was intended to be.
