Every time you throw something, it makes the shove/disarm sound effect. It is VERY annoying

It’s especially annoying if you’re playing something like Req or ASO, where you gotta throw stuff constantly as a part of your job, like processing intel or throwing ammo boxes.

The new sounds and effects makes it annoying as hell.

Ngl, it looks too toonish. Like, what’s next? Backflip emotes? I would like backflip emotes, but that’s beside the point.

Agreed, a throw/general grab sound can be good, but not the current ones as they make me constantly think of their original use, and preferable of they are way lower in volume

I think its neat

Not a bad addition but I do think it needs a different sound, sound ques can tell you what is happening where you cannot see.

remove the sound for the love of god

Its not even just throwing

Its grabbing too…

The life of a medic has been made even worse, all I hear is that shitty sound

Throwing and grabbing should make grunt noises such as these artillery loaders in the vod

I hate it too

That is absolutely terrible. What was the reason for the change?

yah the sound effect just ruins it. It’s good feedback gameplay wisee, but GOOOOOOOD DAMMMMN remove it

“More visual clarity is good, also improves immersion”

Visual clarity for who? The thrower already knows and unless you’re playing a game of catch, it’s irrelevant for everyone else.

Immersion… making the same sound effect repeat ad nauseum is not “immersive”.

Went through an MT round recently where I made it my mission to clean the prep rooms. The throwing sounds eventually got too annoying.

Who though this was a good idea and did they actually have volume on?
