Description of the incident:

From my understanding the mutiny was over since the CO was deceased and the ASO took over CIC, a synthetic took the COs dead body and was taking it to med bay I presume. A SG was then shooting the synth, so I shot them in the back to stop them from doing so. I was then shot down which is fine and expected, next thing I know javier grabs my body then magdumps my head and decaps me.

Per the CM-SS13 Rules : “During the mutiny attacking any uninvolved, medical or surrendered personnel is strictly forbidden, as is intentionally perma-killing anyone involved.”

Perma killing during a mutiny is strictly forbidden except for very unique circumstances. This was not one of them. Also recording yourself breaking multiple rules, then sending it to the person who you wronged is not a good look.
