I do not know where this stickyban came from, as it is a sticky- a ban from a different server that’s applied to me. I can confirm I’ve never played with a different Ckey, and that the few other servers I play on don’t have me banned. The date tagged in the ban identifier is over three years old, and I cannot remember exactly what servers I would have been playing on in late October of 2020 to get this stickyban carried over.
