After further reflection I think that IOs should go down in rank after playtime until we achieve the ultimate PFC IO role, which will have access to a more refined geared list like what normal rifleman can get maybe and they can just take Intel as a MOS, maybe by reading a paper and buying into a radio key. This will work, I think
