Alright, Skatka. With what TGMC and RUCM have shared, I sincerely hope this means you’ve stopped hanging out with the wrong crowd, as it was them who got you in trouble multiple times now.
I’ll be lifting your community ban. I urge you to read our CM-SS13 Rules, as well as your notes (You can access them ingame, by pressing the OOC tab, and scrolling down to “View Own Records”) so that you don’t end up in trouble as soon as your ban is lifted. Stay out of trouble, please.
Statement from Forest: You were banned for your involvement in “softgriefing” and similar conduct in the same vein as the others from the original echocord.
Statement from the AppealsOverseer: Your problems don’t just begin with the echocord or the player report you mentioned. While other players have a few notes, you have a few “pages” of notes and bans. Therefore, I don’t want to see just an apology, but also a sign that you regret your previous actions and have changed.
I was partially involved within the echo incident and was caught up in the bans. More specifically I believe it was the CO incident from 7 months ago.

Why do you wish to become a Fax Responder?
I enjoy doing random RP when playing shipside role, however when you need an OOC interaction and there isn’t one it is highly dissapointing. Since then I wanted to become a fax responder for a while but it was admin only. Now since the fax responders have came out I’ve decided to at least attempt to get it. Since I’ve played a bunch of CL rounds and have made some neat fax templates too.
What do you consider the purpose of this role?
I believe the purpose of the role is to make RP for players more enjoyable and worth something by making the outer faction present and making the players be more wary of their actions since now the CL has backup in the form of papers to back their statements up alongside making faxes worth something instead of instantly AHelping or Praying to get at the very least some response out of the admins..
When would you consider it appropriate to use your phone?
In the case when the recipent has severely misunderstood my intention in the fax. E.G. A mission to recover an item leads to the CL posioning the CO. That would be case where I would attempt to calm the CL down.
However I wouldn’t use it either way as it would break the ruleset of the fax responder as they aren’t supposed to call the almayer at any point.

Find out what happened to the colony from the colonists.
