Description of the incident:
It was near round and nuke was decrypted I made a comment saying that the “major you should also stay” “just saying”
She proceeds to attempt to BE me, miserably failing which I tackle her and take her mateba, I did not use it to shoot her when she was tackled. Just took it away and moved away. She uses her M46C to try to attack me to which I respond with 2 impacts shots to her. Then walk around FOB through CL’s building to south FOB towards the nuke which is SE FOB. She makes a comment saying to Kill the bravo SL, about 10 seconds I get shot by the SEA (with an mk1) who is near the nuke rendering me unable to run away and the Major also finishing me of with the m46c.
If I remember, using someone else to kill the target of BE is against the Code of Conduct

Battlefield executions must be personally carried out, must result in the immediate termination of the target, and cannot cause unnecessary collateral damage or pose a threat to anyone other than the intended target. Due to this, explosives or forms of fire support are strictly prohibited from being used as BE methods.

Also carrying an execution for such a petty reason generally gives people a bad experience with CO’s Such as making a comment that they should stay with the nuke and SEA’s who stayed there does not make sense. Their safety was not threatened, their commanding position was not threatened, just generally this player gives the vibes of abusing their power.

I ordered the SEA to shoot you because you had shot me and were still an active threat, still armed with my mateba (as far as I knew) and your rifle. I fully expected you to shoot me again when I came around the south side of the FOB to the nuke, so I ordered it to protect myself and others.
I also shot you myself with my pulse rifle intending to then properly BE you with the mateba anyway, but you had tossed it somewhere, so I announced you had been BE’d instead, since I felt me shooting you with the intention to then BE you qualified as a BE and needed to be announced.
As for the BE reason, you, a Sergeant (who had made comments previously in the operation about CIC’s competence), walked up to your CO and told them to die in a nuclear blast. If that isn’t LRP, it’s directly undermining me for you to say that as a squad leader, in front of several marines. Of course, then I got skill issued trying to BE you and you shot me, but I think you knew exactly what you were doing considering you immediately ran away and starting dodging before I even pulled out my mateba after saying that.

I disarmed you when you missed 2 mateba shots on me, then moved back. You get up and immediately reach for the m46c trying to hit me in which I reply with 2 impacts from the mateba and walk away from you to disengage.

I was going to shoot you too Alexei, i did not only because the SEA was in front of me.
I was trying to keep up with the CO, so my propective is not complete, but i clearly remember you saying to the CO to die in the nuclear blast, something that is borderline sedition.
I agree that you have the right to self defend, when shot back, but at this point you shot the CO, and undermined their authority. You also removed their personal sidearm too and threw it away(Skill issue Caroline…).
As I am the SEA In question I one shot as I was ordered and Two Durning the time that I sat and Watched before firing you where actively disrespecting the CO. On Top of the fact as SEA I am extremally loyal to the USCM and you being there charged with sedition is extremally disrespectful to my self which then I took action on.
You may notice the two missed Mateba shots by Major Ljungman are not in the logs. This is because the only missed shots we log are ones that mechanically miss. Let me know if there’s anything I missed.

After investigating this report the CO Council has found that there was ultimately not enough talk of “seditious activity” to warrant the execution in this specific case. The BE attempt was also ultimately botched and from reviewing the footage we do not believe the actions were necessary and a lot of damage could have been avoided.
The CO will be issued a warning for their actions in this report. Resolved.
