This is a job ban for Chief Engineer from 2017, over 9 years ago, around that time they began gutting shipside engineering (hidden doors, custom telecomms, singlo, atmos and shard were removed) so there was very little to do shipside, so I made a second medical bay at the old evacuation point as I always thought it was an odd design they only had one spot for medical. It likely came across as meta-defences due to it being at the evacuation point. I can’t recall the reason I went SSD but I assume it was from boredom or being called away from my computer at this time.
Did not apply for a ban appeal all this time because the shipside engineering role has been rather limited since then, with additions like ARES and OT, I’ve had a little more interaction with the department (usually teaching OTs/playing OT) and it reminded me that I still had this primordial job-ban still active.
