I was thinking that we could give CIC a little bit more to do by letting them give squad order buffs (the Hold, Aim, Move buffs) to marines groundside through whichever marine they were currently viewing through overwatch.
We could also make it so that the skill has a significant change if you give it through via overwatch console rather then in person so there isn’t just the same. Such as:
- Downgrading the strength of the skill
- Decreased radius of the aura
- Increase cooldown of orders
These should only apply to orders given via overwatch.
