survivors should now be able to kill larva if they’re not within the hive proximity, I find it kind of frustration on how a larva runs around the colony off weeds. (We’re not allowed to kill it). Then receive a note because admins are 1984. I’ve seen countless survs get noted one for trying to rush for the scout cloak in reactors during Chances Claim as scout. Larva’s are always camping scouts gear because they can melt it. Personally I think they should get punished.

First off larva corpses are recyclable so if it doesn’t Gib then you can still get a larva back.

Second off, why are you away from hives safety?

Third off let me kill reconnaissance larva’s.

Doing either of these as larva is a rulebreak, so I’d just ahelp them and let admins deal with it.

Combat larvas are notoriously hard to confirm unless they actually die someplace stupid.
So if you’re going to ahelp it, and they already left, get ready to present 4k60fps.mp4 or at least several screenshots with larva number in view.

No what I’m saying is that any larva far from hive should no longer have admin immunity.

I think it’s stupid to assume survivors wouldn’t kill a larva at first chance, in order to get the gear they want.

There is nothing wrong with that whatsoever. It’s literally a skill issue on the part of the larva for not hiding.
Only really egregious cases should get noted imo!

honestly if larva’s are near survivors then they should lose that immunity anyway

I usually ahelp every larva that dies far from the core because its really that easy to grief the xeno hive. Its in the rules not to do that and I at least heavily reinforce it. Ahelping with the exact larva cause its distracting and not something I always have the attention span for mid round. That being said, I don’t think people killing the larva should get noted but survivors might get them cause its considered LRP or whatever. You just got done surviving a massacre, unreasonable fear of small critters you’ve never seen before is kind of realistic.

I’ve been shooting larva on sight for aslong as I can remember, the only map that they got any leeway was Shivas because their spawns on that map are totally shit, but if they are on any other map coming in your direction they are just scouting your location calling you out in hivemind and then evolving with backup, shoot them because they shouldn’t leave hive until they’ve evolved but they all do, I get bwoinked for this and warned not to leave hive but I see larva nonstop outside and ahelps are always ignored, in my most recent report an admin did the same thing twice and it didn’t even net him a xban for a while. Its a joke so just shoot larva on sight.
