Apologies for the long wait. After reviewing the evidence of this report. Brygun has indeed been found to have violated Rule 11: Marine Law, Mutinies | Mandatory Obedience.
Members of the military police, are bound to marine law and standard operating procedures by server rules. As such, an officer must alert someone that they are being arrested before carrying out the arrest, may not assault detainees, and also may not use riot tools (flashbangs) to deal with a singular unruly marine.
