This is my only account. Played a couple months back for around 8-9 hours. In that time switched to linux and decided today to finally set up a vm to play. Not sure exactly what a sticky ban is myself. If there is anything lacking then i will freely provide it for this appeal. Here is an included screenshot of my vm:
