Description of the incident:

Saturo assaulted me repeatedly all because he walked up, gave me his laser designator and walked away, I wasn’t paying attention so I didn’t know if he said anything to me at all, I was busy talking to someone next to me in real life and he just walked away before I could respond. Next, I gave it to the CO, only because I didn’t have room for it, and then Saturo freaked out when I didn’t have it and said the CO ‘stole’ it(which literally isn’t even stealing at that point). Near the end of the round he just started assaulting me, trying to strangle me, I kept running the whole time, but just kept chasing and punching me for a couple minutes, right in front of SL. Assaulting over a designator he gave me.

Evidence:

I was punched repeatedly while I fled and Saturo wouldn’t stop attacking me for what felt like a couple minutes. Sorry, no screenshots or logs.

I would like to inform you that “Assault” is not against our server rules if it’s within our escalation rules. You should inform MPs or retaliate by following the escalation explained under Rule 10. However, I checked the logs and saw that Saturo ‘Six’ Kaneshiro breaks the escalation rules by throwing a knife to you, so I will approve this report and issue a Warning per Rule 10, considering player’s note history. Report approved.
