Your appeal:

I havent’t played since about November (2023) and I don’t remember getting spoken to by any admins. This makes the second time that I’ve come back to CM to find I’ve got a sticky ban.
Apparently this is something weird as back in October, when I first tried to come back, Biolock, a Trial Admin at the time, said that there was some form of Stickyban/Timed Ban attached to my account with no other information that also affected my Discord from connecting to the servers at the time.

Thank you, Hippie. Seems like i can connect normally. Not sure why I’ve been flagged twice on this, though given IP proxy I wouldn’t be surprised its flagging my IP over something dumb.
