Hello:

I was the CO in the round.

I did not execute you for that.

Throughout the round the mortar was firing incredibly late on all coords that were given to it. This caused the death of numerous marines because the coords had become irrelevant by the time the mortar was firing. I had already sent an honor guard to the mortar pit to tell them that they needed to be on the ball. I also warned them verbally NUMEROUS times myself.

Finally, the mortar blew up yet another cadeline and I went back to the mortar pit only to find you drunk operating the mortar. At this point, I believe I was justified to battlefield execute you because you were a threat to the men under my command. You had already friendly-fired a number of marines and if I left you alone you easily could have killed more considering you were drunk on the job.

You were, in fact, drunk and firing mortar shells that did, in fact, kill multiple marines. In this case the CO was entirely within their rights to execute you for fear that you would cause continued harm to the marines under their command.

This report is denied, no action will be taken against Fourkhan.
