This would also make xenos more careful with their lives as a result. Though, I’d say each tier would have the same points given out, otherwise xenos may stick to the caste that gives out the lowest amount of points.
My REAL balance that buffs xenos is that yuo need a certain amount of exp to tier up, this way only xenos that are good at the game get T3. Think about it. That would be teh biggest xeno buff IN YEARS.
