Since Hijack requires Queen to be able to actually take flight to leave the planet, I recommend finally adding the Queen WL as it actually makes sense.

All other high-impact RP roles are already Whitelisted. Why does that not apply to Queen?

But that’s merely part of my solution to Hijack. We need to make being on a United States No Fly List a prerequisite requirement for being able to apply to the Queen WL, which will hopefully stop Queens from being able to leave the planet and operate the dropship.

true… but what about the negatives when the hive has no queen? such as being unable to gib the metatarget you all hate?
