What rule(s) were broken?:
Pred Honor Code: Fighting near or at Key area
Whitelist in question:
Predator
Description of the incident:
Zuran Viyrn Pulled a bunch of marines to coms by fighting with them during nuke Decrypt causing the death of the Burrower who was trying to thwart it. The predator in question even Self destructed next to coms. not close enough to damage the cades but it thwarted any want to tunnel rush the coms which was sorely undefended un-till that point.
Evidence:
I dont have a screenshot of the moment due to trying to survive as burrower.
I fought with no one except the scout (and I’m using that word very loosely because I got dunked on) and the marines that came out were already doing so for other reasons because I had not made my presence aware to anyone bar the scout. We were fighting at southern corpo, and I even purposefully ran away from the engineering outer cade line when I was too close (when I could see it).
Also, calling comms “poorly defended” is misrepresenting the situation considering you just mentioned I “pulled a bunch of marines” with my fight with the scout which lasted at max, 10 seconds.
You mean the 17 marines standing right there with scout off too the west? Dude there were two marines in coms at the most before you dragged half the platoon. Also nexus is to the east we were on the west side of comms/engineering. The road leading to corpo dome
One more tidbit for information sake is that I did ask staff if I should make this report, and I hold no ill will towards the predator in this report. I hope this is either a learning experience or misunderstanding cause by circumstance stance, but I do wish this to at least be looked into. And unfortunately my anxiety is getting the better of me right now.
The council has voted, and no action will be taken against the reported player. We have reviewed the logs, and the reported player’s account matches the comments they provided. We agree that no Honor Code rules were broken. Thank you for reporting it is better to post a report if you think some rule was broken than to not report a potential rule break. Report Denied
