Why would you like to join the CM-SS13 staff team?
I joined the CM-13 community when I ran out of The Black Pants Legions videos to watch, so I thought I should start playing the actual video game. I am a long-time Aliens fan and an even bigger fan of all the movies and comics featuring the Predator. I believe a large part of why I want to join the staff team is just my overall love for the game, and also for the community as a whole. I love how everyone is willing to answer questions of discord, look over your cool story for whatever whitelist you’re applying for, and our amazing mentors out there who really drew me to applying to this to be able to give back to the community. Elevate the events we have and do my part to keep our amazing server and all of its basement dwellers from raging because someone decided they were going to try and grief as an OT. (definitely not based on a real round experience)
What makes you a great addition to Staff? (Experienced Tabletop DM, Aliens Lore Buff, Super Organized, etc.?)
As I mentioned when discussing why I want to join the CM-13 staff team, I’m an Aliens, Predator, and everything in between FINATIC. (that might be an understatement) I am also a very consistent person when it comes to commitments. Once I’ve signed up for something or volunteered my time, I’ll do my absolute best to meet that commitment. I’ve taken additional time to use the ability to run a private server to learn admin mechanics so that I’m proficient and am prepared to fulfill the responsibilities that come with being a staff member or admin.
In your opinion, what is the most important quality of a CM-SS13 staff member?
Whenever you are working with other human beings, regardless of their age, the time, or place, it’s important that you are able to effectively communicate and be patient, regardless of the circumstances. It’s a combination of patience, compassion, communication, and passion for whatever it is you are doing in a staff member role that I believe are key to being a likeable and effective staff member.

Regardless of the outcome of this app, I want to put it out there…Thank you to everyone who has taken the time to answer questions, work the mentor role, our admins, and everyone else who takes the time to make each round enjoyable and create lasting memories. From the bottom of my heart, thank you!
