Logs show your ahelp was 15 minutes into the round, not 25.
People do need to use their role and slot. That does not entitle queens to be hyper-micromanaging and kick off a fuss just because people step away from their keyboards, particularly prior to the actual conflict part of the game.
Marines have pre-drop PR things to do, including gearing up. Xenos have survivors and hive construction. You do not require 100% of the hive to deal with survivors, nor can every xeno build the hive.
So long as people are not causing an active detriment by their absence, and I see no evidence here that they were, have some patience.
