Description of the incident:
So at the beginning of the round they announced briefing and my SL simply said it could be done a bit later, the Major said no and my character said “Alright sir”, respectful and all. For some reason they started to say “Do you have a date with CLF, are you a seditionist?” so, understanding it as a humorous remark, given my character (a Staff Sergeant) had said nothing that could suggest that, he said “I bet the CLF Major is nicer” (which cannot even be understood as something serious given CLF don’t have majors).
The CO then proceeded to have me demoted and discretionary arrested for 20 minutes, which would basically kill my round over absolutely nothing. It is not only completely LRP for a Major to start some random fucking beef with a Staff Sergeant SL, but also completely and utterly disgusting than he then would go on to order a DA over a joke such as “I bet the CLF major is nicer”. I remind everyone it was the Major who started the stupidity saying that my character was a seditionist.
Then as I managed to evade the arrest he said something like “say I’m the nicest best major and I’ll lift the arrest” (what kind of childish shit is that?), and when my chair said “respectfully sir, you tried to have me arrested over a joke” he tried to also get me arrested for DASO.
This person has absolutely no business being a CO, a XO, or any position of power in the game whatsoever, since he is clearly willing to ruin people’s rounds over nothing.
Telling in front of everyone that a terrorist leader is nicer than your commanding officer is just not it.

That was a joke, i just wanted an apology, you didn’t deliver, i also removed DA cause i felt it was overboard and let DaSO stay cause that would fit better.

Your round wasn’t ruined, you played and got captured, you also had ample time to write insults as well.
EDIT: And you also disobeyed orders to stay on FOB (we are not staying on FOB, note the use of WE), but i let that slide cause you were wanted man by then.

That’s funny coming from you given you guys basically called my Staff Sergeant a seditionist? In that same channel? Out of pocket? Moreover that “terrorist leader” does not exist since CLF don’t have majors. You started a stupid argument as a CO, and tried to have me arrested for it.
You tried to give me DASO for not saying you were the nicest major, as the logs show.
I stand by my decision that you deserved brig time over your comment on command channel. This is a roleplaying server and words have consequences.
Edit: the logs to which this player doesnt have access too will see that i removed DA and just left DaSO. DaSO pertaining to “clf being nicer comment”.
what you did is pretty much the definition of DASO, implying that the CLF (even jokingly) which are in some sectors worse than modern day ISIS are better than the major is pretty disrespectful
they hold a rank far above yours, they’re not your buddy ol pal from boot or something
