We have runners for T1, and lurkers for T2.
So think of a T3 backliner caste, how would it hunt backline marines?

I think Marines and the player base ain’t ready for another hard carry xenomorph but something similar to Grimace in size and stature. Like you see Grimace and you know BEEF is nearby. That’s how the T3 backline has to be. Like Grimace.

Vanguard is generally best as kind of a sideliner - get some T1s to support and lure a few marines then start capping them.
As for the lurker evo - a couple years ago I’ve coded a Ravager strain that was caller Reaper(not to be confused with other people developing a different Reaper strain later). It would kinda work as a backliner too. The idea was basically a berserker that instead of a regen gets faster as it slashes, has a mini-pounce and can regen that pounce instantly by sacrificing like 1/3 of it’s health. Maybe someday I’ll persuade the maintainers to add it as a Halloween event strain or something like that.
