Description of the incident:
literally said fleshlight as part of joke. not using it as a euphamism, not using it sexually. closest thing it would of equivalence would be using dildo as a throw away joke or line.
was accused of ERP which was not the case. have mutliple screen shots of no engagement of erp or any sexual act or conversation after use of the word. was continueing on with my duties as no response to joke was givin. once again was not engaging in ERP or engaging in continued use of sexual words or language after initial one time use of fleshlight, as a joke response to a general open ended response given by a researcher. no ERP was intented and nothing overtly sexual was ever said or engaged in. i have red and re-read the rules. there was no sexual intent in my comment, other than being a dumb throw away joke. i do not believe my joke crossed any line, and the fact that nothing continued in any way shape or form after my comment was made should show that the ban was unnecessary and possibly retaliatory. but that last part is just an assumption. since we both do not like each other.
