Description of the incident:

the incident happned a almost year ago, so i apologize if i forgotten any details

i was a relatively new researcher, i’ve found a chemical that had disrupting and fluffing (and possibly another chemical property) with an OD of 10-15 units. i knew i could have fun with it. so i started to inject people with chemical, making them grow hair and random beards. i did so without overdosing anyone using a hypospray.

i went around at medical labs and injecting random marines with said chemical. a few of them was surprised but none too angry last i recall, i was then Pinged by Segrain for it, i tried to explain that it did no harm to people since i was watching over the OD limit, however, i did not knew segrain’s reputation and tried to make the message’s mood lighter by saying a certain word with “guh”.

and almost got immedietly banned. i suspected it was because i said the “guh!” and made segrain angry. but the most reasonable cause is perhaps i injected people without consent, or i unknowingly ODed someone. i’ve done it before without people complaining, although perhaps it was because it was a “floor pill”

Evidence:

Disrupting does not do anything serious damage unless they gone over OD limit, the chemical if Overdose does ----x brain damage. or in crit od. Knocks you out, it’s main purpose is to disconnect xeno’s hivemind, or making you unable understand other people or creature.

Fluffing’s effect is by growing randomized beard and hair upon the injected indivudal. Overdosing on it does : 5*% chance of taking brute damage. or crit OD: brain damage.

i wish to have closure on this report because i occasionally think about how stupid this ban was, and how reasonable the other warnings and bans were. i trust you all to judge this fairly.

Segrain is no longer a member of the staff.

For the incident, I see no staff misconduct. Injecting people without their consent is not acceptable, especially if it’s for fun, regardless of the substance being non-lethal.
