Description of the incident:

Hello, CM admin team, i’m making this report to report the Player

What happend was: Chuck Shot up The Bravo prep room, was later arrested by an MP under the 'Disordely conduct, Maj Damage of Goverment Property and Resisting Arrest.

The concerning part was after his timer ended Chuck Refused to deploy. claiming that they wanted to stay in the brig(they were doing botany/planting at the time) not much happend after that except that i charged him with ‘Desertion’ and proceeded to fax HC.

I was told to ADHELP/Make a report of this since its a issue specs the whole use your own slot rule. I was also told though this is uncertain that they alsos Gibbed the marines in prep(I wasnt aware of this till round end and i’d rather leave it to you guys to review the logs)

Apologies for the delay on the report, it completely slipped through the cracks. I have looked into the logs of the round, and have come to the conclusion that I will be partially accepting it.

Rule 4: No Griefing - There was no instance of griefing in that round from the player, there wasn’t a casualty in that rocket launch, nor could I determine if there was any ill intent with the firing of the SADAR.

Whilst the firing of the rocket did not violate Rule 4, refusing to deploy once their sentence was over violated Rule 8: Use your Slot by depriving the Marines of a critical role, that being a Specialist. Due to the actions taken the player will be recieving a Weapon Specialist Job/Role Ban.
