Number 1: 3WE (i’m british like ridley scott so i’m extremely biased towards the 3WE, and it is 3WE not TWE.)
Number 2:UPP (More interesting then the UA)
Number 3:UA (Space Yankees)
Number 4: Central Confederation of Africa (it’s africa if they funded the UN peacekeepers single handedly)
Number 5: Independent Core System Colonies (i can’t think of any other countries and this was the closest because it has UN seat.)

cm lore is only headcanon no real canon!! so that means…
S tier: The moon, LV-624, and other alien places with cool stuff, also the space city from Cowboy Bebop was kinda cool i wanna rewatch that
D tier: Mars, whatever planet trijent is on too!! i dont want silicosis from all the dust but its better then being on the almayer at least
