Description of the incident:
At round-end I tried to post in OOC using my hotkey, instead it posted in LOOC. Much to my confusion it posted in LOOC. To test this I then tried to post in OOC 3 more times with 1 word posts, each time it got posted to LOOC. Segrain then PMed my to ‘not spam’. I apologised and explained I was having trouble with my binds. I was then noted for spam. In the interaction I believe I was respectful and apologetic, however this did not stop the staff member in question being rude to me.
