So i saw the TWE had EXCOM, which seems to be the Command wing for the TWE REG, this has given me the Idea of the REG as TWE research teams meant for events, these guys would consist mainly of a bunch of scientists and one or two TWE Military officers who are mainly meant for events where the RMC does joint operations with the UA and find XX-121 or as Consultants for the USS Almayer’s research department.
The UPP CEC on the other hand is meant as Primarily Civilians but also some UPP Researchers, these guys are for events where the UPP needs research staff or for generic UPP Civilians.
