Why would you like to join the CM-SS13 staff team?
I like the community on this server, and want to help keep CM a welcoming place. I also want the chance to host events that players will have fun in and remember.
What makes you a great addition to Staff? (Experienced Tabletop DM, Aliens Lore Buff, Super Organized, etc.?)
I am usually a calm person, I can keep a cool head when I’m playing most of the time. I also like to help people, and I’ve been active in the community for a while.
In your opinion, what is the most important quality of a CM-SS13 staff member?
I think the most important quality is being able to recognize that you’re wrong, and being able to to accept that. If you make a wrong call, and refuse to recognize that, it makes players look down on the staff team as a whole.

I’m not surprised you got invited to staff but a little surprised at the speed :') i’d like to see you as a mod, but i also hope you have enough time to settle into your current WLs to get a feel for different ways to approach players in different scenarios, full scope of game mechanics and interactions that can occur, and the different ways people treat you depending on what lens they’re approaching you from.
You’ll be a good mod regardless. I just don’t want you to be overwhelmed or burn out. And most importantly, that you have some fun before stepping it up and having to Always Be On.
Hey Ori! You seem like a pleasant person and I’ve never had any negative interactions with you. That being said, your(s and mine) mentor applications were accepted 3 days ago. I would echo the sentiment of this feeling a little fast! I don’t believe that you’re incapable of being a mentor per say, and I’ll add the caveat that I personally don’t know you all that well. If Nessie and others know you well enough to recommend that you’re fast tracked to mod, then I’ll defer to them. Personally though, as a community member, I would like to see a moderator have a bit more time and experience. Regardless, I look forward to working with you in the mentor mines!
I’ve had no negative interactions with their character and they are knowledgeable about the game. I don’t know them personally but I know of them well enough to give a +1.
